MOVE OUT OF PAIN AND RESTORE FUNCTION AND PERFORMANCE

Nervous System Approach to Pain and Performance

What if pain and fatigue are not structural injuries but nervous system patterns needing to be rewired ?

NeuroHealth Movement is primarily a nervous system—led brain based approach to pain, autonomic conditions, and movement limitations . It blends applied neurology, muscle testing and movement to help people move out of pain and restore function, boost performance and recovery.

By improving how the brain interprets sensory information - the body naturally moves with ease, coordination and power.

How it Works

Your body isn’t broken—it’s protecting you

Old injuries, stress, poor breathing, posture issues, and sensory overload can keep your nervous system stuck in protection mode. When this happens, muscles tighten, movement feels unsafe, and pain persists even after tissues have healed.

We use targeted neurological and manual techniques to calm that alarm response and restore clear communication between your brain and body.

As communication improves , muscle tone normalises, joints move more freely, and the body stops compensating.

Movement becomes easier, more efficient, and a lot less painful.

When the nervous system feels safer, other interventions work better too— strength training, rehabilitation, manual therapy and other recovery strategies all become more effective because the body is finally ready to adapt, not protect.

Who is this for?

NeuroHealth Movement is for people who:
  • Have ongoing chronic pain or restriction

  • Despite training, rehab, or treatment , the pain or movement limitations are still there

  • People who are stressed or overwhelmed from life or demanding work loads

  • Concussions, vertigo, whiplash

  • Anxiety and brain fog

  • Value precision, awareness and long-term resilience

This approach suits every day people, active individuals, and tradespeople alike - anyone who relies on their body and wants it to work with them, not against them.

The Process

Step 1 NeuroHealth
Step 1

Personal History & Assessment

We start by exploring your personal story, exploring your history, past injuries and unique experiences to build clear foundations.

Step 2 NeuroHealth
Step 2

Neuro Insights & Performance

Next, we map out your neurological pathways, assessing how your nervous system functions and pinpointing areas that need rebalancing.

Step 3 NeuroHealth
Step 3

Lifestyle & Training Integration

Finally, we make lifestyle adjustments and talk training strategies to support lasting improvements.

Meet Hayden Ross-Schultz

Neuro-Movement Specialist

Hayden’s approach has been shaped from stubborn knee injuries , high performance sports and years working as a tradie — he is no stranger to pain and stress.

With a body feeling beaten and broken, he begun to seek answers.

When traditional approaches failed to answer the questions he was asking, frustrations led him to discover more nervous system and brain based approaches, things started to make more sense. While naturally been drawn to depth and interest in the body and movement Hayden decided to help others reconnect with their bodies and move without pain.

His approach is calm, grounded and precise. He is not trying to fix anyone— more like creating the conditions for your nervous system to settle, listen, and reorganise it self.

At its core, his work is is about reconnecting. Stripping back the layers of protection the nervous system has been carrying, creating space to feel, rest, and expand.
